Registration Information

    1. $129.00 per couple for Friday & Saturday
      1. $50.00 deposit required (Contact Michael Curry at 318-401-3311 or Valerie Curry at 318-401-2771 for deposit options).
      2. Includes hotel suite Friday evening, couple’s picture taken at the boardwalk carousel, registration goody bag to include discount’s for Friday evening dinner on the boardwalk, hot breakfast (not continental) at the beginning of the Saturday morning sessions in hotel conference room, marital relationship book ($14.00 value), marriage retreat folio for each couple, give-aways/door prizes, and four marital enrichment sessions.

        2. Room Reservation will require a credit card to hold the room.  Your card will not be charged until check-in and will be charged for $75.00 (Minus $50.00 retreat registration deposit + Tax)
  3. On-site nursery will be available.
  4. There will be coffee and water available in the conference room during the Saturday morning sessions.
  5. Hotel Check-out is 12:00 noon (1:00 PM checkout has been approved by Courtyard Marriott).

Retreat Itinerary

  1. FRIDAY, September 20th
    1. 3:00 PM Check-in begins
    2. 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Couples photo at the Boardwalk Carousel.
    3. Friday Evening: Couples date night (Coupons and freebees provided at check-in).
  2. SATURDAY, September 21st
      1. 8:00 AM Breakfast served.
      2. 8:30 AM 1st Speaker – To Become One in Communication
      3. 9:00 AM 2d Speaker – To Become One in Belief
      4. 10:00 AM Break
      5. 10:15 AM 3rd Speaker – To Become One in Intimacy
      6. 10:45 AM 4th Speaker – To Become One in Future
      7. Check-out by 1:00 PM

2019 Marriage Enrichment Retreat Registration

  • The Friday & Saturday event cost $129.00 and includes hotel suite Friday evening, couple’s picture taken at the boardwalk carousel, registration goody bag to include discount’s for Friday evening dinner on the boardwalk, hot breakfast (not continental) at the beginning of the Saturday morning sessions in hotel conference room, marital relationship book ($14.00 value), marriage retreat folio for each couple, give-aways/door prizes, and four marital enrichment sessions. There are a few options available to pay for the event. Couples can pay the full amount of $129.00 up front or they can pay a $50.00 deposit up front and the remaining $79.00 when they check in to the hotel. A $50.00 deposit must be received by Friday, 9/6/2019 to secure registration. Deposits are refundable 100% up to Friday, 9/13/2019. Once you have registered, an event coordinator will make contact with you to explain the different payment options.

GOD created the wonderful unity we know as marriage between a man and a woman.  Throughout history this union has been the foundation and nucleus of every civilization.  Marriage though, is not always easy and today in a culture where individuality and independence define an individual, the union of a man and a woman can present with difficulties.  In addition, many people entering into marriage today have dealt with the pains of past relationships or have dealt with the anguish of a failed marriage.  Many times people seek to move forward and seek to enter into a new relationship, but apprehensions create by past experiences have the potential to adversely effect the relationship.  Sometimes those barriers don’t manifest until two have said their vows and are in marriage.  We’re there to tell you, “It’s not to late”.

We provide premarital and marital faith based counseling using the Prepare and Enrich Model.   We’re there to help.
